Technical support in service
Maintenance support of engines in service includes accomplishment of works on extension of service lives, introduction of technical measures and modifications, new check procedures, training and certification of maintenance personnel of operating agencies, etc.
Suggested kinds of works are as follows:
- Guaranteed maintenance: ensuring engine continuous serviceability within the limits of the guaranteed service life, timely and qualitative correction of troubles, performance of preventive inspections.
- Maintenance according to the contracts: the same kinds of works upon expiration of the guaranteed service life.
- Extension of the service life: fault diagnosis, evaluation and prediction of engine operational status, determination of its further on-condition service beyond the assigned service life.
- Drawing up decisions, Bulletins and Instructions.
- Training of maintenance personnel of aviation companies in the educational center and in place of their location.
- Urgent delivery of spares, units, assemblies and parts, creation of an airborne or stationary maintenance kit as an option of the Customer.
- Performance of modifications directly in service points.
