LUKOIL-ZAPADNAYA SIBIR SEEKS EMERGY INDEPENDENCE
Aviadvigatel commences shipment of power equipment destined for Lukoil-Zapadnaya Sibir Ltd facilities.
Two 48 MW power plants based on GTU-12P gas turbines are intended to be located at Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye and Pokachevskoye oil and gas fields. Associated petroleum gas will be used as fuel.
Start of the power plant's industrial operation is planned for the following year.
With new Perm gas turbines-based power plant put into operation, the company will continue to implement its program of associated petroleum gas utilization, and will make one more step towards its energy independence.
