GTES-25P GENSET BUILDING CONTINUES IN BASHKIRIA AT FULL SPEED
At Ufimskaya TEC-1 cogeneration heat and power plant one of the most seriouse and important stages of GTES-25P gas-turbine generating set construction continues. Presently the GT genset and recovery boiler are installed at full speed. Main componenets of the recovery boiler have already been installed at the building site. At the moment gas ducts between the recovery boiler and the genset are being assembled.
In paralell the exhaust stack which is more than 62 m high is prepared for installation by BashUralSpecEnergoMontazh Ltd specialists.
The engine installation inside the GT genset modules is to be carried out in the third decade of 2009. GTES-25P commissioning is to be started at the end of July or at the beginning of August, 2009. Besides the control panel of Ufimskaya TEC-1 cogeneration heat and power plant is retrofitted. Modern construction materialts are used; ventilation and air conditioning systems are updated.
The operation of such sophisticated power equipment as GTES-25P requires qualified and certified personnel at the cogeneration plant site. At Ufimskaya TEC-1 cogeneration heat and power plant this situation has been seen in advance and so a group of appropriate specialists has been trained for the genset maintenance and operation. This training has been especially organized by Aviadvigatel OJSC. They also have passed additional training at NNOU UTK Bashkirenergo.
