On the 20th of December 2002 Prirazlomnaya GTES with the rated power of 6x4 MW was commissioned in Prirazlomnaya oil and gas field of RN-Yuganskneftegas, Ltd after acceptance testing.
Power plant consists of six GTES-4 power generating modules based on GTU-4P gas turbines developed by Aviadvigatel OJSC. Associated oil gas is used as a fuel.
Please note that our power plant carries out dual function. It provides consumers of Prirazlomnaya oil and gas field with power and utilizes associated oil gas. It helps to reduce considerably wastes of polluting substances in atmosphere.
GTES-4 GT genset based on GTU-4P showed itself as reliable and convenient in operation. GT genset has confirmed declared technical requirements and meets environmental, sanitary-hygienic, fire-prevention and other standards that assumed in RF and provide life and health safety of facilities operation.
By the 1st of November 2009 full running time of Perm gas turbines exceeded 294 000 hours. From the beginning of operation the running time of the high-time GTU-4P gas turbine No.33001016 without overhauls has exceeded 50 000 hours under the circumstance that manufacturer rated only 25 000 hours for life time without hauls. Thus GTU-4P has worked out twice its rated life without hauls. Overhaul period renewal has been carried out by the team of Aviadvigatel OJSC according to technical conditions of equipment.
