Perm Motors Group Enlarges The Scope Of International Co-operation
On May 22-23 enterprises of Perm Motors Group together with Iskra-Energetika negotiated with RB Power Ltd. (Bangladesh) and Geo Spektrum (Moscow). The meeting was devoted to the question of co-operation enlargement in power generation facilities implementation for the needs of Bangladesh Republic.
In negotiations General Director of Perm Motors Group Management Company Victor V. Zheglov, representatives of Perm Engine Company and Iskra-Energetica, Director of Moscow Representative Office of Perm Engine Company V.N. Artamonov, RB Power Ltd. Managing Director Mr. Arshad Husein and Chairman of Board of Directors of Geo Spektrum Mikhail V. Kuritsyn took part.
During the meeting directors of Perm Motors Group companies presented the structure of Perm enterprises working at power equipment manufacturing and power generation facilities implementation. Also, the presentation of Perm Motors Group Management Company and Iskra-Energetika were held. Foreign guests visited several Perm Engine Company workshops and Aviadvigatel OJSC computer classroom.
RB Power Ltd. informed Perm Motors Group Management Board about the needs of Bangladesh Republic in power generation facilities and power engineering concept, plans for the power generation facilities building and RB Power Ltd. opportunities of these facilities implementation. Bangladesh representatives are planning to purchase the series of gas turbine gensets of different capacity produced by Perm Motor Group enterprises.
By the present moment in Bangladesh heat and power generating plant (Gorazal) produced during the Soviet Union period and installed 20 years ago has been operated. But generating capacities are not enough, that's why RB Power Ltd carried out the independent analysis of Russian enterprises manufacturing gas turbine gensests. As a result, power plants produced by Perm Motors Group enterprises meets the requirements of Bengalese customers most of all, as their gas turbine gensets are proved to be high-performance and reliable.
Chairman of Board of Directors of Geo Spektrum Mikhail Kuritsyn told about the possible schemes of the projects financing, and also provided Aviadvigatel OJSC with technical requirements (fuel gas parameters, modes of operation, required electrical power parameters, environmental characteristics at assumed operation places), terms of equipment delivery for the building of the pilot gas turbine genset with total capacity of 50 MW in simple cycle.

At present time, the group of enterprises working in Perm includes: Aviadvigatel OJSC, as the designer of gas turbines and gas turbine gensets, Perm Engine Company OJSC, Iskra SPE OJSC, Iskra-Energetika CJSC, Iskra-Turbogas, Iskra-Aviagas CJSC. Each enterprise works for the certain market sphere. All of them can offer the whole complex of services from equipment delivery to turnkey gensets building including further servicing and operation.
Currently, the enterprises of Perm Motors Group have developed and manufactured the whole line of gas turbine, which is not produced by any other Russian company. These are gensets rated at 2,5 MW, 4 MW, 6 MW, 10 MW, 12 MW, 16 MW and 25 MW.
