On December 22nd 2006 regular meeting of Perm Motors Group Management Company board of directors was held

During the meeting a free business-plan for the companies included in Perm Motors Group Management Company for the year 2007 was discussed and General Director of Management Company was appointed. This post was given to Valerii V. Zheglov, who had been Acting General Director of Perm Motors Group Management Company.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Valerii Vladimirovich Zheglov was born on the 16th of July 1962 in Arkchangelsk. In 1984 he graduated the Higher Military Naval School of Submarine Sailing named in honour of the Lenin Comsomol as an engineer-navigator, in 1992 - the Military Diplomatic Academy, in 1998 - the International University, the faculty of management and got an MBA degree.

From 2003 he began to take part in the direct management of the companies included in Perm Motors Group, being the Head of Moscow representation and a member of the Administration Board of Perm Motors Group Management Company.

In August 2006 he was appointed as the Senior Deputy General Director of Perm Motors Group Management Company, and in September 2006 - as Acting General Director of Perm Motors Group Management Company.

Valerii V. Zheglov is board of directors member of Perm Motors Group Management Company and some of his companies.
