The 18th PS-90A engine leaves for Krasnojarsk

In December 2006 Perm Engine Company will ship the next PS-90A engine, intended for "Krasnojarsk Airlines" Stock Co.

Now Krasair fleet includes 17 PS-90A engines. Vladislav Zerkalia, Aircraft Operation Complex director, says that Perm Engine Company plays a great role in regularity and reliability of Krasair Tu-204-100, Tu-214 and Il-96-300 flights, as it provides an after-sale maintenance service meeting world standards.

In early December 2006 the total operating time of the PS-90A fleet on Krasair Il-96-300, Tu-204-100 and Tu-214 from the beginning of service exceeded 107 540 hours. The leading engine on-wing operating time (on Tu-204-100 "Ivan Jarygin") achieved 6350 hours (1 400 cycles).
