Juri Reshetnikov Heads Boards of Directors of PERM MOTORS GROUP Management Company and Perm Engine Co.
In July 2006 the first meetings of the Boards of Directors of PERM MOTORS GROUP Management Company and Perm Engine Co. once again elected Juri Reshetnikov (Bank of Foreign Trade) as the Chairman of both the Boards.

Full Member of RF Academy of Science for Aerospace and Aeronautics, Full Member of RF Transport Academy, Corresponding Member of RF Engineering Academy, Member of American Academy of Aerospace and Astronautics, Holder of several decorations of Order of Labor Red Banner and Medal of Honor, Winner of State Prize of USSR, Winner of RF Government Award.
Mr. Reshetnikov is one of the designers of D-30 aero-engine low pressure compressor, which serves the background for the development of other engine generation compressors of this thrust range.
When holding the positions of the Chief Engineer and then the Director of Experimental Design Bureau No. 19 (now - Aviadvigatel Open Stock Co.), Mr. Reshetnikov significantly contributed to the renovation and development of the company's experimental and production facilities.
Being the Chief Engineer and the Director of the Engine Department of the Ministry of Aviation Industry of USSR (1981 - 1989), he made a valuable contribution to the development of Russian Aviation.
In the year of 1989 he headed Aviadvigatel OJSC and under his leadership the PS-90A aero-engine successfully passed all tests and was granted the Type Certificate (1992). Concurrently Mr. Reshetnikov initiated in Perm the development and serial production of gas turbines for gas transportation and power generation.
From 1998 to 2003 Mr. Reshetnikov took the position of the General Director of Perm Engine Co. At that time the production output of one of the largest enterprises of the Russian engine building industry became 7-time higher.
Now Mr. Reshetnikov is the Assistant to Vice President of the Bank of Foreign Trade of Russia.
