Perm Gas Turbine Gensets for “Tumentransgaz”

In 2005...2006, Perm Motors Group will make ten "Ural-2500" GT gensets for "Tumentransgaz" (affiliated company of "Gazprom").

GT gensets will be supplied under the Contract between "Aviadvigatel" and "Iskra-Avigaz". Six gensets will be made for Pripolyarnaya Compressor Station, and four - for Peregrebnenskaya Compressor Station owned by "Tumentransgaz" (Tumen region, Hanty-Mansiysky autonomic district). The first two GT gensets are expected to be delivered to the Customer in December 2005, the next four - in January - February 2006, and the last four - in April-June 2006.

"Ural-2500" GT genset (2.6 MW generator terminals output, ISO) is intended to produce and supply electric power for industrial and domestic consumption, and to co-generate electric power, hot water or steam when used with a waste heat recovery boiler. There are three modifications of "Ural" Series gensets - rated at 2.5 MW, 4 MW and 6 MW. The major modules of GT genset are the gas turbine and generator in the noise attenuation and heat insulation enclosure. GT gensets are equipped with all necessary utility systems (fuel, starting, oil, etc.) and accessories. GT genset is supplied to the Customer pre-assembled allowing thereby fast commissioning. When all Customer's systems are ready, the average commissioning time is 1 month (installation, commissioning, testing).

"Ural"-Series GT gensets are successfully used at the power generating facilities of such regional power suppliers as "Bashkirenergo" and "Ivenergo". As of the end of April, the total operating time of Perm gas turbines in the industry is 2.8 M hrs, which is indicative of their high reliability and efficiency.
