OJSC Perm Engine Company Is An Industrial Leader Of Perm Region

OJSC Perm Engine Company won the award of the regional competition "Industrial Leader of Prikamyie" based on 2008 year results. Perm engine builders won in the nomination "Machines and Equipment Manufacture" witch accounted for the biggest number of contenders.    

According to Mikhail Dicheskul, Chief Executive Officer of OJSC "Perm Engine Company": "the victory in a competition for any company is a high appreciation of its role in the Krai commercial and industrial life. It is very important that the Krai Administration finds time for communication with regional manufacturers and pays attention to the industry development. OJSC "Perm Engine Company" has already several times won the award of the Prikamyie Industrial Leader. For the last few years our company has been continuously increasing  production output, actively reequipped the manufacturing capacities, implemented social and  HR policy"   

The Diplomas to Prikamyie industrial leaders were handed out by the Governor of Perm Krai, Oleg Chirkunov. In his speech before the manufacturers he emphasized the need to focus on implementing innovative technologies and improving competitiveness of their produce.    

Alongside with OJSC Perm Engine Company two more enterprises of Perm motor building group were awarded in the nomination "Machines and Equipment Manufacture"  - OJSC "Aviadvigatel" design bureau and OJSC "Reduktor-PM"

The competition "Industrial Leader of Prikamyie" was held by the Ministry of Industry, Innovations and Science of Perm Krai. The membership of the commission included representatives of Perm Krai Legislative Assembly,  Ministry of Industry, Innovations & Science, Perm and Perm Krai executive authorities, trade union organizations, Regional Employers' Association "Sotrudnichestvo"(Cooperation).

From 54 manufacturers of Perm Krai nominating for "Industrial Leader of Prikamyie 2008" award, 27 became the prizewinners.
