Based on the Company's Charter and decision made by extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of January 21, 2009 the Single Executive Body Powers of Aviadvigatel OJSC(General Director) were delegated to UNITED ENGINE BUILDING CORPORATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC as set forth in the Contract.
Based on the decision made by extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of March 16, 2009 the Single Executive Body Powers of Perm Engine Company OJSC (General Director) were delegated to UNITED ENGINE BUILDING CORPORATION MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC as set forth in the Contract, since April 01, 2009.
